He has developed a massage therapy method alongside his ongoing elite training, exposing him to a comprehensive range of experience within the health industry with an understanding that treatment ENHANCE life’s demands.

His main focus is on manual therapy and corrective exercises to lower overall stress levels and improve the mind-body connection to help overcome injury.
